One of the most common causes of hyperhidrosis is genetic heritage. If you suffer from facial hyperhidrosis and your parents or other family members do as well, it would be a good idea to find out from them how they are coping with their problem.
Solutions for facial hyperhidrosis do exist, but each type of treatment method comes with their side effects. For example, stronger antiperspirants have been known to cause skin irritation to underarms. So you can imagine what can happen if your delicate face skin is exposed to it.
Another way to control facial hyperhidrosis would be to stop using facial cream. Facial creams are known to clog the skin and cause even more sweating. If you really have to apply facial cream, try not to use heavy ones and instead, go for lighter facial creams.
One way that can be used keep the face dry temporarily is through talcum powder. Using a light covering powder can slow down facial hyperhidrosis, but you should be careful not to apply them on your eyes, nose or mouth. Also, watch out for side effects like skin cracking and do not overdo it.
There are definitely treatments available for facial hyperhidrosis. Like I said before, I have treated my hyperhidrosis with natural methods, by using natural remedies that involve using readily available products at home that are applied every morning and night. I also changed my diets to avoid food that will worsen my excess perspiration, and instead choose diets that contain food to reduce sweating.
