  • Digestive – Presence of a good amount of water is necessary for proper digestion. Water enhances metabolic activity.
  • Natural Healer – Water dissolves calcium salts thus preventing the formation of kidney stones. Jaundice is best cured by drinking lots of water to dilute bile pigments and remove them from the body.
  • Laxative – Water helps in proper functioning of the digestive and excretory systems, eliminating constipation and inflammation during excretion.
  • Fights Obesity – Often thirst is mistaken for hunger and people end-up eating more than necessary. Drinking water regulates appetite and suppresses un-desired hunger.
