One of the greatest problems of 21st century life is diet. Or like of a proper one to be more precise. If there is a master plan for the universe, it is pretty certain that the human body was not designed to absorb and digest a constant diet comprising mostly of fried chicken, hot dogs, burgers, pizza all served with chips.
