How do we simplify?
Start with something basic...the water you drink. The water you drink can have a vast influence on your health.
Our bodies should be 70% water. As we grow older, we become dehydrated. When this happens our bodies work less efficiently. We see examples of this all around us and may have felt it within our own bodies.
The ph of a healthy body should be slightly above 7.0. Cancer cells cannot live when the ph is above 8.0. Alkalinity kills cancer. The reason there is so much problem with cancer is because the average diet and lifestyle makes the body acidic, paving the way for disease.
It is possible to alkalize. There is a machine that takes ordinary water and filters it, ionizes it, and alkalizes it. By drinking this water on a regular basis, you can improve your health. Since drinking water is so foundational to life, this is an easy way to improve your health.
Most water we drink, including bottled water, is acidic. Power and sugar drinks that we drink are acidic as well. If you test them with ph testing drops and match them to a color chart, you will find that what you have been drinking is acidic. Coffee is acidic. To counteract all this acid, it is necessary to drink alkaline water.
Drinking alkaline water is the one most basic...and simple...thing that anyone can do to raise the ph of their bodies thereby creating an internal environment conducive to health.
