IFSA Data Storage, Inc., (IFSA-DSI) and Data Protection Services, Inc., (DPS) have joined together to create a partnership which offers clients the ability to create a secure data backup infrastructure. Each company's products and services complement those offered by the other company. DPS offers its clients tape drives, while IFSA-DSI offers offsite tape storage in their secure, patented Firelock vault. DPS offers its clients the hardware and software to perform disk-based backups, while IFSA-DSI allows customers to transfer that data offsite via secure Internet connection to be stored on redundant storage arrays within IFSA-DSI's vault.
