InterNetwork Experts Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of I-Sector Corporation, announced today the signing of a contract to deliver an IP telephony solution to Hermes Sargent Bates, LLP, a Dallas-based law firm.
The firm is relocating from a space that relied on shared-tenant voice services that offered little flexibility for administration and few feature options. As part of the relocation, Hermes elected to implement a comprehensive solution from InterNetwork Experts featuring Cisco CallManager and IP handsets based on its features, functionality, ease of administration and scalability.
The system will be deployed at the new downtown Dallas location across two floors and will provide communications to approximately 150 users. Following the implementation of the IP phone system, the customer will be supported by the NetSurant business unit of INX by incorporating a SureVoice contract in order to provide optimal levels of network performance through management and monitoring. SureVoice is the solution for organizations that demand the highest possible network uptime and utilization.
Bob Rapp, executive director for Hermes Sargent Bates, commented, "We chose a Cisco solution from InterNetwork Experts because Cisco is the leading manufacturer of IP Communications equipment and InterNetwork Experts has the experience and reputation for technical excellence we require."
The contract is valued at approximately $180,000 in product and services revenue for InterNetwork Experts.
