Urban Gospel Industry Awards And Music & Arts Love Fellowship

The Board of Directors of the Edwin Hawkins & Walker Hawkins Music & Arts Love Fellowship Conference officially announced this week that its 24th annual Conference will convene in Los Angeles, California, June 26 through July 2, 2005.
The official site of the Conference is The Trinity Building, located at 333 West Florence in Inglewood. The official Conference hotel is The Westin Los Angeles Airport.

This year the Conference has also joined forces with Urban Gospel Alliance who will bring its unique brand of showcases and seminars aimed at urban artists and the Gospel Entertainment Network who will host radio announcers this year.

Music & Arts Love Fellowship Conference is the vision of brothers Edwin Hawkins and Walter Hawkins, who have combined their efforts to offer the highest level of professional instruction in culturally relevant areas of Christian music, dance and drama, in addition to true Christian fellowship, which has become a highlight activity for many churches worldwide. Additionally, Pastors, Elders and Ministers receive ongoing support and encouragement from peer pastors, along with assistance and information that can be used to enhance their own local ministries.

Urban Gospel Alliance - UGA is a forum and platform for all facets of urban gospel music--contemporary gospel, holy hip hop, spoken word, inspirational, gospel jazz, neo-soul, gospel house, reggae, and comedy. UGA chapters across the country sponsor free monthly concerts featuring these genres.
