Burlingame Financial Planner Five Time Recipient of Highest Industry Award

 Mr. Shum is the only recipient to be honored with this award for five consecutive years. The Golden Dragon Award recognizes Chinese leaders in the insurance and financial planning industries from around the world. Mr. Shum was also a platform speaker at their convention in Hong Kong this year. The Chief Executive of Hong Kong,
Tung Chee Hwa was in attendance, along with 3,000 representatives of the financial planning and insurance industries from 13 countries. While in Asia, Mr. Shum was asked to be the main speaker at the Manulife, Prudential UK, Institute of Financial Planners (IFP HK), Million Dollar Round Table and GAMA International meetings. Mr. Shum has worked exclusively with retirees and pre-retirees in his Burlingame and San Francisco offices for the past 22 years and has helped thousands of Bay Area residents plan for their retirement.
