The Summit
Over three days and two nights, the CRM Europe 2004 Summit will offer attendees a programme of tailored one-to-one meetings, combined with keynote presentations, discussion groups and networking activities.
The Summit will address some of the industry's most pressing concerns, among which: effective knowledge and data management, customer retention, increasing the success of CRM projects, lowering of costs by streamlining business processes, maximising IT infrastructure, customer contact management and contact centre outsourcing.
The Summit programme promises to deliver a wide variety of opportunities to exchange knowledge, and will be geared to ensure that each delegate is able to enjoy a programme adapted to their individual needs. A format of case study presentations, round-table discussions, interactive think tanks and workshops will provide delegates with actionable policies that can be applied to their organisations.
