Daleco Resources Corporation Engages Audit Firm

Daleco Resources Corporation (OTC:DLOV): Gary Novinskie, President and Chief Operating Officer of Daleco Resources Corporation ("Daleco"), reported today that the Company has engaged Vasquez & Company LLP of Los Angeles California to conduct the annual audit for its fiscal year ended September 30, 2004. Vasquez & Company is a Public Company Audit Oversight Board certified account firm that has been in existence since 1967. They will replace the Company's former auditor, Jay J. Shapiro, CPA, who resigned after advising the Company that he was no longer going to perform audits of public entities. Mr. Novinskie noted that there were no disagreements between the Company and its former auditor and that the Company looks forward to long relationship with the Vasquez firm.
