Dynamic Growth Strategies, Inc. (DGS) announces that it is spinning off its consulting division into a separate company called DWParker and Associates. Deborah Weaver Parker, the founding President of DGS, will head the new company.
Dynamic Growth Strategies, Inc. was founded in August 2000. Denise Weaver Ross, the current Vice President, will become the new President and CEO. They will continue to provide graphic design and operations support services.
DWParker and Associates will focus on strategic planning and quality management for nonprofits and small businesses. Parker recently earned her Certified Quality Manager designation from the American Society for Quality. This certification consists of a rigorous exam on quality standards and concepts, organizational assessments, and customer satisfaction and focus.
“Nonprofits are often challenged with meeting increasing demands for products and services with less and less personnel”, says Parker who is also the President of the Northern New Mexico Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-NNM). Her clients include NAWBO National, Kirtland Federal Credit Union, and Roadrunner Food Bank. “Integrating strategic planning with operations management has helped my clients to manage their internal processes so that they can achieve long-term results.”
Melody Wattenberger, Executive Director of Roadrunner Food Bank, says that working with Deborah was “one of the best steps we could have taken as an organization. Deborah has extensive nonprofit experience and uses an excellent planning model.” |
