Equity Office Declares Fourth Quarter Common Dividend

Equity Office Properties Trust announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a fourth quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.50 per common share. The dividend will be paid on Friday, December 31, 2004, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, December 15, 2004.
