(NYSE:EQY), an owner, developer and operator of community and neighborhood shopping centers located in high growth markets in the southern United States and the Boston, Massachusetts metropolitan area, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.29 per share of its common stock for the quarter ending December 31, 2004, payable on December 31, 2004 to stockholders of record on December 16, 2004. The dividend of $0.29 per share represents an increase of 3.6% compared to its previous quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share and is equivalent to $1.16 per share on an annualize basis.
