FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq:FORM) filed today amendments to its 2003 Form 10-K/A and 2004 Forms 10-Q/A to correct basic and diluted earnings per share for fiscal periods preceding or including its initial public offering in June 2003. In conjunction with these amendments, the Company is also revising its pro forma net income (loss) per share calculation and disclosure under SFAS No. 123, "Accounting for Stock Based Compensation."
The amendments do not affect FormFactor's reported net income, or its balance sheet or cash flow statements for any period, nor do they affect FormFactor's reported pro forma fully diluted earnings per share for any period.
