Home Solutions Health, Inc. (OTC: HSHL) the United States licensee of Hemorrelief, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Prostate Health Solutions, Inc. will pay a one time special dividend of 25 common shares of for each common share of Home Solutions Health Inc. to shareholders of record on December 7, 2004. The Special Dividend will be payable upon presentation of certificates of Home Solutions Health Inc. The Company anticipates that it will file its notification with the NASDAQ today thus starting the required ten day notice period which would set the Special Dividend payment to be date on December 7, 2004. The mandatory certificate presentation is being done to ensure the security of all legitimate shareholders of the Company receive their rightful Special Dividend from Prostate Health Solutions, Inc.

Physical Exchange of the old stock certificates must be made exclusively through the Company's transfer agent, Security Transfer Corp, 2591 Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034.

Persons who hold their shares in brokerage accounts or "street name" will be not required to take any action to affect the exchange of their certificate unless their broker instructs them otherwise. However, the Company requires that each new certificate specifies and includes the name of the beneficial owner and that the new certificates be mailed directly to that beneficial owner. The Company will assist shareholders with any potential problems that may arise during this process.

The Company will request that the NASD release a UNIFORM PRACTICE ADVISORY for guidance for brokerage firm compliance with this certificate presentation. No dividends will be issued until the shareholder has surrendered his old certificate to the transfer agent. Prostate Health Solutions, Inc. will complete all necessary filings with the appropriate regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
