On Wednesday, December 22nd at 8:00 p.m., the Beachland Tavern presents its second annual Old Home Night, featuring performances by Michael DeCapite, Tony Maimone, Scott Krauss, Bob Kidney, Doug Gillard, and The Flat Can Company. Like last year’s event, the evening promises to waltz along in a revue of changing partners, startling juxtapositions, spontaneous explorations, and unbridled happenstance. Come down to the Beachland, Cleveland’s prize venue, for a night of deathless prose, deep blues, sharp songcraft, ferocious chops, fearless improvisation, and help celebrate your town. Admission $6.
Michael DeCapite is the author of Through The Windshield and the monthly column Radiant Fog.
His story “Sitting Pretty” was included in The Italian American Reader. More information about him can be found at www.sparklestreet.com.
