Trammell Crow Company (NYSE:TCC), an international real estate services firm, announced that Mona Garber has joined Trammell Crow Company as Senior Vice President of Property Management for the 5-million-square-foot trophy building portfolio comprised of the new 2000 Avenue of the Stars, Century Plaza Towers, The Water Garden and Glendale Plaza.
Ms. Garber will be working with Brad Cox, Principal with Trammell Crow Company, as head of Operations to manage the JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management portfolio account. "An innovative leader with broad operational expertise and experience, Ms. Garber brings a strong technical and practical background in real estate asset management to our Trammell Crow Company team," said Mr. Cox.
Prior to coming to Trammell Crow Company, Ms. Garber was the Director of Real Estate for the Western Region of KPMG, LLP, where her responsibilities included performance management of a $2.25 billion higher education capital program and operational reviews for large real estate owners. Ms. Garber worked with Grubb & Ellis Management Services as Vice President before joining KPMG, where she was appointed Division Head for the team assigned to obtain and manage the Burnham Pacific, Inc. retail portfolio comprised of 50 shopping centers in 3 states totaling 9 million square feet and valued at $900 million. Ms. Garber was responsible for the management of a team of 55 people including property managers, facility and accounting personnel as well as financial analysts.
