Rosati Windows, a well-respected manufacturer of high-quality replacement windows, will move to a Duke Realty building located in Northwest Columbus. The firm has signed a 15-year lease for 55,680 square feet of space in Duke's building at 3635 Zane Trace Road. The location is near Interstate 270/Roberts Road exit in northwest Columbus.
"I started this firm with 2 employees in 6,000 square feet in the year 2000," said Mike Rosati, President and CEO of Rosati Windows. "As the only Columbus-based manufacturer of vinyl replacement windows, we found our niche when we began. Just 4 years later, this firm is expanding into 56,000 square feet, with room to grow, for our 92 + employees."
Rosati stated that new products are in the works as well as a brand new showroom, with plenty of room for homeowners to browse for vinyl window solutions. Additionally, a new inventory management software system will be integrated at the expanded facility as well as a suite of additional equipment software management systems. "By partnering with Duke, we are able to focus on positioning our company for its future growth, while securing our real estate needs for the longer term," he added.
