Griffiths says under the old system, agents had to use different codes for different brands. Now, all brands can be accessed via EW.
“Agents appreciate umbrella codes, because they can call up the entire portfolio of a contract partner with just one entry,” says Griffiths. “Also, as a marketing tool, EW enables SRS-WORLDHOTELS to promote our portfolio at both the chain and individual brand level.”
