Aubrey will be appearing with his own band, ‘MY id’, featuring Ulmer, in Montreal at La Sala Rosa in Montreal Saturday, 13 November in support of his recent self-titled CD project. Aubrey will also be appearing with Ulmer at Montgomery College in Philadelphia, PA the following Saturday, 20 November, as well.
“I have always urged Aubrey to become an artist in his own right,” states James ‘Blood’ Ulmer. “It is clear that he is ready to represent himself to the world in this capacity.”
"I really dig playing my TAYE Drums,” says Aubrey. “The drums have that really warm, vintage sound both live and in the recording studio. All the guys I play with love the sound I’m getting, and so do I. Ray Ayotte is the man, and I’m excited to be a part of the TAYE family.”
“We are pleased to have Aubrey Dayle endorse our drums,” states Ray Ayotte, Taye president. “Aubrey is a wonderful drummer, and we are proud to have him playing TAYE drums onstage and in the studio with James ‘Blood’ Ulmer, ‘Memphis Blood’, and his solo project ‘MY id’.”
Aubrey is also one of several top drummers featured in the new Taye StudioMaple™ ‘The Most Important Thing™’ ad campaign.
