The Fashion Show Mall, owned by the Rouse Company, recently completed a four-year, one billion dollar renovation and expansion. The Tix4Tonight space will encompass the front corner spot for the entire Mall, with entrances both on the Mall's plaza walkway along the "Strip" and within the Fashion Show Mall. The plaza is covered by an oval stainless steel "cloud" that has become a major Las Vegas landmark. The other corners of the intersection are occupied by the Treasure Island/Mirage Hotels, the Venetian Hotel and the Wynn Resort, Steve Wynn's new, approximately $2.5 billion project slated for opening in spring 2005. There will be a pedestrian overpass from Wynn that is expected to deposit potential Tix4Tonight customers right in front of its new door. Opening of the new Tix4Tonight space is slated to occur by the end of next month.

Tix4Tonight opens at noon every day to sell show tickets to many of the great Las Vegas shows at half-price on the same day of the show. The business is currently located next door to the Harley-Davidson Cafe, in a facility along a section of the Strip, which the Company believes has the heaviest foot-traffic in Las Vegas. The Company expects to move from this facility into its permanent South Strip location at the new Hawaiian Marketplace by early 2005. The Company also operates a ticket booth on the north end of the Strip, which is scheduled to cease operations shortly after the opening at the Fashion Show Mall.
