Scott D. Baxter, President and CEO of Tone Resources Limited, is pleased to announce the closing of the acquisition of the Crescent Valley North (CVN) claims from KM Exploration Ltd. Previously announced on October 20, 2004. The 120,000 Shares in the capital of the Company issued in consideration for the acquisition of this mineral claim are subject to a hold period expiring on March 30, 2005.
This is the ninth project owned by Tone Resources Limited. All nine of the company's projects are situated in Nevada.
Drilling on Gold Bar North continues.
