On Thursday, October 12th, 2006, The Tap Room bar and restaurant at The Somerset Hills Hotel will host a “Fall Food and Beer Tasting” from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. For only $30, guests can sample a wide array of select imported and domestic beers –including a select beer brewed by Trappist Belgian monks – as well as enjoy delicious food from the new Tap Room menu. It promises to be an evening of good times, delicious food and first-class beers. Experts on the art and science of brewing will be available to explain the selections and discuss which foods go well with different brew styles and types. The Tap Room opens for lunch at 11:30 p.m. daily and closes its dinner service at 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and at 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
