Sea Trail Resort & Conference Center to Host Oyster Roast Event Package October 21 - 22

Sea Trail Resort & Conference Center will host its Oyster Roast Event Package October 21 – 22, 2006. The package price is $300 per couple and includes two nights accommodations in Sea Trail’s one-bedroom villa, breakfast each morning and two tickets for the oyster roast dinner. The oyster roast menu will include steamed oysters, boiled shrimp, fried chicken, grilled smoked sausage, hush puppies, potato salad and fresh fruit. Two draft beers are also included.
“We are looking forward to offering this event alongside the area’s Oyster Festivals,” said Chef Thomas Sullivan, director of culinary standards for Sea Trail. “It’s the time of year when oysters are at an abundance. We wanted to offer our first-rate resort as a place to stay for visitors of the North Carolina Oyster Festival, and we’re happy to serve guests more of the area’s wonderful oysters in our relaxing and elegant atmosphere.”

Sea Trail offers guests top of the line accommodations and amenities including three courses of distinction. Golf rounds are not included in the package, but can be arranged through the pro shop.
