HomePlace Part’s BedFrameParts.com has announced the Bed Snap™ retrofit and repair package for wood beds whose side rails, headboard and/or footboard no longer work properly.
The Bed Snap™ comes in two sizes and specially designed brackets are for connecting wood side rails to the head board and footboard. They are perfect for repairs, reinforcements, or for building your own bed. Designed for screw-mounting, the Bed Snap™ gets mounted on the inside corners of the wood rails, where they meet the headboard and footboard.

Symptoms of age begin to creep in with some beds -- loose rails which damage the headboard and footboard by shifting or tilting. Often, the pin in the headboard or footboard breaks, loosens, or goes missing, resulting in the inability of the hook on your rail to hold.

According to Robert LaPrade, the product manager, "There is no need to replace your wood side rails. Bed-Snaps™ are the only Fix-A-Rail system that allows you to retrofit or repair the wood side rails on a bed. Available in two sizes, it is made to fit most beds."

Age and abuse often loosen and wear-out wooden beds and side rails. The Bed Snap™ can provide the help your bed needs. For some situations, the Bed Snap™ Bed Repair Package can be used to properly retrofit most wooden beds. This extended retrofit package includes a set of Bed Snap™ brackets and a Powerlift® center support system.
