Hope's immediate priority will be contributing to the Orlando resort's $24 million renovation by directing the complete redesign and new concept of two original outlets and the opening of two new outlets, including the hotel media bar in the atrium lobby. Additionally, Hope will be responsible for all food and beverage outlet operations, kitchen operations and room service.

Hope's extensive culinary background has well-prepared him for his role at the Renaissance Orlando SeaWorld®. He has amassed over 12 years experience at multiple five-star independent hotel properties including the New Orleans Marriott, where he held positions ranging from Director of Catering to Director of Restaurants to Director of Services.

Hope's responsibilities have run the gamut and include a range of duties from developing menu concepts and overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, to training and managing large staffs, and coordinating daily operations of multiple departments including Profit and Loss Statements, GSS, AOS and strategic initiatives.

Hope has received many accolades throughout his career including two Manager of the Quarter Awards and five Spirit to Serve Awards. Hope also contributed to the Hurricane Katrina Recovery Effort, where he worked as a member of the New Orleans Marriott Leadership Team on recruiting new staff for the property, cleaned and restaged guestrooms, and worked shifts as needed when staffing was short.
