Bubble-Free Kingman Arizona Real Estate Enjoys Its Day In The Sun

It's an exciting time for real estate in Kingman Arizona. The Kingman area has resisted the bubbles and slow-down of home sales that most of the country is experiencing now, and becoming a new hotspot for for investment real estate.
Rhodes Homes out of Las Vegas has four major developments planned in the next several years. Pravda, a huge housing development in Golden Valley, is moving forward at a phenomenal pace. A total build out of 38,000 homes is expected.

In the next few years Rhodes is expected to begin 3 more subdivision; The Peacock Vistas, Peacock Highlands, and the Rhodes Ranch at White Hills.

Another subdivision in White Hills is planned by another top developer. Leonard Mardian plans to build about 25,000 homes, spanning an almost equal amount of acres, called The Mardian Ranch.

Plans announce: "To protect the scenic vistas, the natural vegetation, and the raw beauty of the area, the plan is intended to develop with varying densities and variable development standards."

"The diverse, natural topography and wide expanse of the properties allows for high and low density urban development areas, beautiful scenic recreational resources and opportunities, and a multitude of commercial uses.", reads the Mardian Area Plan.

The Mardian Ranch would allow for 11,343 acres of residential units, including over 12 thousand low-density, nearly 17 thousand medium-density, and 3,780 high-density units.

In addition to the residential areas, the Mardian Ranch includes 1,403 acres to be used for commercial and light industrial purposes, including a winery. Another 812 acres will be used for parks, and 260 acres are designated to be used for two golf courses.

Both developers will benefit from the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge that is expected to be completed in the next few years. This Bridge will cut the drive time between Kingman and Las Vegas by about half an hour. It now takes an hour and a half to drive the span in light traffic.

With these exciting new developments on the horizon, there will not be a better time for investing in Kingman AZ real estate. Not only are the residential sub-divisions going to be very successful but the area's economic development is growing as well.

Kingman is in line with the Canamex Corridor, and is also the location of several major highways and freeways that intersect in the town.
