Anticipation is building and exciting amenities are already in place at Cabo's most luxurious new resort and residential community, Capella Pedregal.
Accessed via a private mountain tunnel linked to downtown Cabo San Lucas, Capella Pedregal will be comprised of an intimate 66-room Capella Resort and Spa, 31 shared-ownership Capella Residences and 20 full-ownership Capella Casonas, all with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez. Demand to own a piece of Capella Pedregal is growing: the first phase of residential offerings is completely sold out and Phase II offerings have recently launched with stronger than expected sales.

While set to fully open in Spring 2008, Capella Pedregal is rapidly coming to life and already offers owners extraordinary amenities. The interior design of Capella Pedregal will be cutting edge and, yet, completely Mexican. Decorated by Dallas-based Paul Duesing Partners (PDP), the acclaimed team behind the interiors of One & Only Palmilla Resort and Las Ventanas, Capella Pedregal will have custom interiors from top to bottom. The residences and guest rooms at Capella Pedregal will be the largest in Cabo and will evoke a true sense of the destination with murals from local artisans, unique cactus plaster walls and color palettes that mimic the arid beauty of the Cabo San Lucas setting. Handpicked finishes, locally quarried stone and tiles made exclusively for the property will enhance every guest room and residence.

The highlight of Capella Pedregal will be the resort's 10,000 square foot, sea-to-summit Auriga Spa and fitness facility designed by internationally renowned Sylvia Sepielli. Sepielli, revered for drawing upon native cultures to inspire spa treatments and rituals, is working with Curanderos, traditional Mexican folk healers, to create a diverse range of spa treatments using indigenous materials and age-old Mexican practices. Luxurious mountaintop spa cottages, complete with a private relaxation area, overlook the Pacific Ocean and horizon.
