Golf Fitness Vacation Combines Top-Rated Golf Instruction with Resort Getaway

Finding time to play a round of golf is a struggle for most, and making time for a full-fledged vacation is oftentimes impossible. Today's multi-tasking society requires more from a vacation than sitting on the beach watching the sunset. Vacationers want to accomplish something and have fun doing it.
Golf fitness company Body Balance for Performance is giving golfers a chance to take a vacation while improving their game. Body Balance's Golf Fitness Vacation in Naples, Fla., offers a resort vacation that includes a three-day Golf Fitness Academy. Body Balance has partnered with Go Vacations Golf.com to create this unique golf vacation package.

Body Balance co-owners Mike Willett and Mike Via, both licensed physical therapists and senior certified golf performance specialists, will be on hand to provide golf fitness training and support. Also golf instruction will be done by Scott Holden director of the Leadbetter academy-Naples.

"Very few golfers can devote the necessary amount of uninterrupted time to improving their game," said Willett. "A Golf Fitness Vacation is often the only time they can set aside for themselves for professional instruction. We're happy to provide that along with some much-deserved vacation time."

Golf Fitness Academy instructors employ Body Balance's unique training program, and they will work with golfers using Body Balance's patented technology, which analyzes the body mechanics of each individual golf swing. In addition, the Golf Fitness Academy uses videos, lectures, group instruction and other training tools to teach participants.

The Body Balance training facility offers a country club atmosphere and a private training center to ensure a high comfort level for all players. Students will also have access to LaPlaya's private course, one of the best golf courses in southwest Florida. The course offers an 18-hole, par 72 championship layout for players of all skill levels.

Body Balance's Golf Fitness Vacation package combines a resort getaway with professional golf instruction. In addition to its golf course and the Leadbetter academy-Naples, LaPlaya is a full-service resort located on the Vanderbilt beaches of north Naples. The Body Balance training facility is nearby, so golfers have easy access between the two locales.

After spending the day training and practicing, golfers can enjoy their evenings and downtime at the LaPlaya resort, which sits on the Gulf of Mexico and offers a variety of dining and entertainment options.
