Luxury Has a New Home On Grand Cayman's Famed Seven Mile Beach

The Coral Stone Club, an exclusive 36-unit vacation rental property nestled on world-famous Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman, has re-opened following a comprehensive $10 million renovation. Over the course of the 18-month project every aspect of the property was upgraded and improved, with a broad range of distinctive appointments infused in each condo unit on an individual basis. The result is an intimate, completely new upscale property where no two condos are exactly alike, except in their high standard of comfort and luxury.

In re-making The Coral Stone Club into one of the premier luxury vacation addresses on Grand Cayman Island's Seven Mile Beach, the property's 35 owners went beyond the typical hotel renovation characterized by new furniture, appliances, paint, drapes, bedding and flooring. Each owner commissioned separate contractors who developed and implemented customized flooring and design elements for each unit. New walls, ceilings and floors were constructed along with typical renovation elements, creating a one-of-a-kind luxury property.

The new Coral Stone Club was also built with a dedicated emphasis on quality and safety. Engineers were brought in to ensure that all of the property's buildings were upgraded to meet or exceed stringent current building codes. As a result, The Coral Stone Club is now certified to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.

In terms of comfort, The Coral Stone Club offers amenities on par with the world's finest resorts. Superior linens, plush designer furniture and beds combine with custom designed kitchens and bathrooms outfitted with full-size spa beauty products. Each condo is also equipped with a large screen TV in the living room with CD and/or DVD players, and TV's in all of the bedrooms plus additional stereo equipment and a washer/dryer. Babysitting, massage and beauty services and concierge assistance can be arranged upon request.

The comfort and pampering extend to the property's exterior areas as well, where an alluring 90-foot 50,000-gallon pool and the sugar-white sands of legendary Seven Mile Beach are the main attractions. Active travelers will delight in the property's tennis facilities, fitness center, and two Jacuzzis, while the lush tropical surroundings further enchant all who visit here. A wide range of dining and shopping options are located within walking distance as well.

For all of its luxury and uniqueness, The Coral Stone Club is also an extremely good bargain. Nearly every condo features three bedrooms with attached bath. Rates start at $975 during the peak season (November 19, 2006 to April 14, 2007) and drop to just $695 per condo per night during the low season (April 15, 2007 to December 20, 2007).
