Technology Helps Consumers Buy Insurance Policies on Credit

Consumers can purchase insurance policies on credit with a Premium Finance loan. This service allows a person who is buying an insurance policy to pay a low down payment and have monthly payments in lieu of the traditional “payment in full” requirement.
Many insurance companies including state assigned risk pools do not offer monthly payment options to insurance purchasers. In that case, insurance premium financing offers the purchaser a loan to purchase the policy. Since there is no credit check on the consumer, every insurance purchaser qualifies for the premium finance loan as long as the insurance company accepts premium financing from outside companies.
