The agreement covers both the technical integration of the two solutions as well as licences CoVirt to provide the Basic Level of PlanPlus Web Advisor to all existing users of the VirtGate Distribution Management System. A single-signon link from VirtGate will provide a secure link to launch Web Advisor, as well as to transfer the basic customer data so advisors will not need to re-key information. Users will have the additional option of upgrading on a subscription basis to the more complete levels of Web Advisor - Bronze, Silver or Gold Level - where they have access to more advanced planning features, asset allocation and more. At this higher level of access VirtGate will also pass any insurance policy information into Web Advisor speeding up the planning process.

Both Web Advisor and VirtGate are fully bilingual offerings.
