Corporate Business Solutions Adds Top-Level Executives in 2006

Over the course of the past year Corporate Business Solutions, a leading human resource outsourcing company, has introduced several integral additions to the company's infrastructure. The changes result from the company's continued growth, averaging 15% annually, and the desire to provide increased client service.
In February of 2006, Todd Hutchings joined the CBS team as the Chief Financial Officer. With an impressive career spanning more than twelve years, Hutchings offers CBS insight into small business financial operations. After majoring in accounting at North Carolina State University, Hutchings launched his career at Turner Broadcasting as a Participant Accountant preparing financial statements for network actors and producers. He then worked at Ivan Allen as Controller and assisted in the acquisition of the office supply company by Staples. Hutchings next received the opportunity to assist in the growth of Spa Sydell as the company's CFO. During his tenure, he oversaw the opening of two new stores. Hutchings' last position before joining CBS was as the CFO for ICM, an international computer marketing company with approximately 100 million in annual revenue. Hutchings holds an active CPA certification.

Two months later Jennifer Fratesi (formerly Charmoli) arrived as the Vice President of Sales. Fratesi has over ten years of sales experience in the payroll/human resource industry. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, she began her career in sales at ADP marketing payroll outsourcing services to small businesses. She then transitioned to working with larger clients at Ceridian. In 2005, Fratesi received her insurance license and partnered with Northwestern Benefit Corporation selling group health benefits. She contributes an extraordinary amount of knowledge in payroll, human resources and benefits to the CBS family, as well as a proven track record in selling to C-level executives.

Rounding out the management team is David McCullough who began his role as the Chief Operating Officer in October. A graduate of Auburn University with a Masters in Education, McCullough joined CBS from VCG Software where he held the position of Vice President of Operations. VCG develops CRM, ERP and payroll/billing software for the staffing and recruiting industry. During his tenure spanning almost a decade, VCG doubled in size and revenue. In addition to his experience working with C-level executives, McCullough provides knowledge of operational process improvement and procedure implementation to the CBS management team.

Staff changes also include the addition of support staff: Ashlea Caplinger as Administrative Assistant, Jamie Freedman as Staff Accountant, Phyllis Patrick as Client Relations Manager, Kelsey Geary as Client Services Representative, as well as the creation of a sales force including Mandy Handelman, Candence Hester and Steve Pullara.

Jim Karle, Chief Executive Officer of CBS, describes the restructuring as instrumental in CBS's quest to grow at a rate that outpaces the industry while maintaining operational excellence.
