The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a professional association and educator in talent management strategies, announced today that Oracle will be a top sponsor of HCI's second annual National Human Capital Summit, to be held in Phoenix March 19-21. Oracle is the world's largest enterprise software company and a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Oracle is lending its support to what industry experts and senior executives are calling the most important human capital event of 2007.
