Service Center for ValueOptions, the nation’s largest privately-held managed behavioral healthcare provider. A senior health care executive with more than 16 years of experience in behavioral health management, Rockowitz will be responsible for implementing and administering all services for the company’s western region. He will provide administrative oversight and supervision for the service center, leading ValueOptions to meet performance standards and compliance expectations. He also will be involved with clinical, operational, and account management. Also, Rockowitz will serve as the Chairman of ValueOptions of California, a subsidiary of ValueOptions, which has a Knox-Keene license to operate as a Third Party Administrator in the state.
