For the past few years I've been a member of a number of wholesale directories and I hate them. I'll explain why now.

I'll introduce myself to you first of all. My names Tim & for about 7 years I've been trying to make money on the internet. The first thing I tried was trying to locate products that sold well, then I'd try and find a wholesaler that stocked the product then see what profit I could make from it. Often this method didn't come up with any results that would be worth perusing. The biggest problem with anyone trying to make a second income by selling online is trying to find a wholesaler that has a decent price for the stock you want to sell. A lot of people try search engines to find them, you'll come across a lot of wholesale membership sites if you do it this way.

I've probably been a member of one of those sites at some point! I got an email from a friend and powerseller on eBay about one called Salehoo, my friend lives in Austrailia.

With all the wholesale directories I've tried before when you take into account the competition on eBay and the price you can get the stock for there's no profit to be made. I'd tend to buy things then only just get back what I paid for them at wholesale price.

So when my friend told me about Salehoo's wholesale directory you can imagine what my original feelings on the subject were. I did take a look at Salehoo's site but only because he's often been right when he's given me tips in the past.

When I looked at Salehoo's site it seemed better than all the others I've seen before but I still felt if I joined Salehoo all I'd be doing though is wasting more money.
