Xyience has added new team members and sets goals for 2007 and 2008.

Xyience has set high goals for 2007 and 2008 and to help achieve these, Xyience has put together an exceptional team from the investment banking, beverage and marketing industries. William (Bill) Underhill is the new company CEO and Chairman of the Board of Xyience and Jan Hall is the President and Chief Operating Officer.

Bill Underhill is the founder, Chairman and CEO of RUN restaurants, LLC. Mr. Underhill was a partner at Alex Brown and Sons where he ran its restaurant and retail practice. He was also responsible for a broad spectrum of transactions that included IPO's and secondary equity offerings to merger and acquisitions, along with debt offering including leveraged recapitalizations. Mr. Underhill is a former fraud prosecutor in the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. Mr. Underhill received a BA from Union College, a JD from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business College.

Jan Hall has over 26 years of collective experience in multiple categories including food, beverages, OTC medicines, supplements and personal care products. Ms. Hall recently served as the North American President of the Neutrogena Corporation, the second largest company in the Johnson & Johnson consumer division. Prior to this role, she was the senior Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Marketing for the North American division of the Coca-Cola Company with sales of over $6 billion. Ms. Hall was also the Global Marketing Director Of Diet Coke. Ms. Hall received her B.A. Honors in History with a subsidiary in Political Science from Leeds University in England.

With the help of a new contract being organized with a worldwide distributor, over the next two years Xyience's new team members will move the company forward with an international distribution agreement with a worldwide distributor. Further national expansion is underway and Xyience products will be available in over 100,000 stores.

In May 2006, Xyience Inc. entered the growing energy drink market with the launch of its energy drink Xenergy. Like the Xyience name, the name Xenergy is a combination of Zen and Energy and is, therefore, pronounced Zenergy. While the first flavor of Xenergy was Cran Razz, Xenergy's available flavors now include Clear and Big Apple.

Xyience is a major sponsor for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Through this sponsorship, Xyience products are afforded the status of "Official Products" of the UFC. In conjunction with the UFC, Xyience sponsors a number of Mixed Martial Art (MMA) fighters. These have included world title holders: Chuck Liddell, Rich Franklin, Matt Hughes, Anderson Silva, Sean Sherk and Cung Le, as well as other fighters such as Forrest Griffin, BJ Penn, Mike Swick and Josh Koschek. To date Xyience has paid more prize money to MMA fighters than all other sponsors combined. On April 20, 2007 The Xyience training center offically opened.

Since Xyience's founding in 2004, it has invested close to $56 million towards marketing, national and international expansion, MMA sponsorship and product development and research.

Xyience has an optimistic outlook towards its position in the Energy Drink market as well as the supplement industry.
