The Landist Society announces that their founder, Andy Louis-Charles, has been invited to join the Google Gmail beta testing group. The Gmail beta version was established in April of 2004 to help Google better understand its customers' needs and improve their new web-based email service. The Landist Society is proud to have its founder, Mr. Louis-Charles, be selected as a representative individual that will help increase Google’s understanding of customer needs.
"I am thrilled about Google’s invitation to join its Gmail beta testing group. To be selected by fellow beta users to help during the testing period is an honor. The Landist Society is always striving to find and improve the technology services we offer our members. Now we have an excellent channel with which we can express our members' specific needs to Google," said Andy Louis-Charles, Founder and Managing Director of the Landist Society.
The Landist Society is based out of Coral Gables, Florida and is currently creating web-based tools to help support top real estate professionals. With Landist Society becoming a part of the beta email testing group they will be able to better serve their own members' needs, and be able to continually improve the services that Landist Society offers to invited real estate members.
While the Landist Society’s web strategy is currently in stealth development mode, the group has still recently been garnering attention from several large companies due to its unique corporate philosophy and its recent joint venture agreement with the Wind & Rain Properties, Inc, a residential real estate brokerage which service underserved neighborhoods and underrepresented clients. Landist Society has been quietly incubating their product and service offerings over the past six months and will soon be unveiling their first beta web-based service.
The Landist Society and Wind & Rain Properties, Inc. has linked forces to help use an electronic platform combined with permission based marketing techniques to bring quick-to-market services to South Florida neighborhoods that are looking to redevelop and grow their economic base. Neighborhood intelligence and local market referrals are the key target services that the Landist / Wind & Rain joint venture hopes to bring to the South Florida real estate market.
